Stop using an account:

Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" choose an account, then turn to the account.
If an account is disabled, the iPhone does not show the account and not send or check email or synchronizing information before until he comes on.

Delete iPad account

Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" choose an account, then scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Deleting an account means that you can not access the account on the iPad. All e-mail and contacts, calendar and bookmarks synchronized information with iPhone account is removed.

Automatically delete messages:

Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" choose an account, then select Advanced and select Remove. The default is never. You can also pick a day, a week or a month later.

E-mail Options

There are several options for you to customize the email application with these options are accessible by going to settings, "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".

    * - Push e-mail or at intervals Fetch
    * - Select the number of messages displayed on the iPad (25, 50, 75, 100, 200)
    * - Set the number of lines of each message is played
    * - Select a minimum font size
    * - Set whether iPhone shows To and Cc labels (To or Cc next to each message in a list indicates whether the message was sent directly to you or received a copy)
    * - Set whether iPhone confirms that you want to delete a message
    * - Set whether iPhone automatically load remote images
    * - Set whether iPhone sends you a copy of each message sent (always or CCO)
    * - Customize or delete signature to a post
    * - Set the default email account

Troubleshooting email

E-mail attachments will not open

The file type may not be compatible. iPhone supports the following types of email attachments:
